What to do if your discount code isn't working?

Sometimes the discount codes don't work on the cart page (it's a bug in Shopify - very annoying!). If this happens, please try the following:

• On the "Cart" page, just click 'Checkout'. This will take you to the payment page where you enter your payment details.
• There is another box on the payment page where you can enter the discount code (just below the items in your cart and above the subtotal amount). Enter the code here and it should work.

Use of Coupons are subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, only one Coupon can be used per transaction.

Coupons are not transferrable to any other party.

Unless otherwise specified, a Coupon can only be used once by each customer.

Coupons do not have any cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Coupons are not valid on sale items, gift packages or gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions for each coupon as set out below). 

The Coupon Code is valid until midnight AEST on the Expiry Date published with the relevant Coupon Code.

To be applied to your order, the Coupon Code must be entered during the Checkout process prior to completing payment for your transaction. Please check your cart total prior to payment to ensure your Coupon has been applied. Coupons cannot be applied once an order has been placed and processed. 

Use of a coupon cannot be cancelled or reversed once processed.

 

Specific Terms and Conditions

A. % Discount on your Order

This Coupon entitles you to a discount on all full priced items in your order.

The amount of the discount is equivalent to the percentage published with the relevant Coupon Code.

Total order value (excluding sale items) before discount must be at least equal to the amount published with the Coupon Code, before shipping and taxes (if applicable).

Limit one coupon per customer.

B. $X Off on your Order

This Coupon entitles you to a discount to be applied against the total value of all full priced items in your order.

The amount of the discount is equal to the AUD dollar amount published with the discount code.

Total order value (excluding sale items) before discount must be at least equal to the amount published with the Coupon Code, before shipping and taxes (if applicable).

Limit one coupon per customer.

C. Buy One Get One Free

This Coupon entitles you to one free product when you buy two or more products.

The amount of the discount will be equal to the price of the lowest value product in your cart at the time you check out.

Limit one coupon per customer. 

D. FREESHIP100

This Coupon entitles you to free shipping in Australia for orders where your cart total, excluding shipping, is over AUD$100.

This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
