My name is Karen and I am the baker, creator, administrator and curator behind Love & Maeve Sugarcraft. I am a SAHM to my three beautiful little ones, who were all under the age of 5 when I started this little venture.

I am based in Sydney, NSW and try to answer emails during business hours AEST, but most likely will get back to you in the evening after my little ones have gone to bed. If your email is urgent, please include URGENT in the subject and I will try to get back to you asap, but otherwise please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. If you need a speedy reply, try using the messenger chat in the bottom right corner of the screen - there are some FAQs there that may help answer your question.
